This is not recommended. Breaking the capsules into water and drinking them may dilute the effectiveness of the capsule dosage. However, this may be acceptable for children under the age of 12.

Pregnant women must undergo a consultation to determine which herbs and herbal products are safe to consume during pregnancy.

9. Why are my emails and phone calls being ignored?

Your phone calls and emails are important to us and are not being ignored. Due to the massive amount of DMs, Facebook Messages, and phone calls received daily, it is impossible to get to all of them each day. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for an email response.

10. What kind and how much water should I drink daily?

You should drink distilled water, natural spring water, or hot spring water. A person should consume at least 60 ounces of water per day.

11. How long can the shipping delays be when shipping to Europe?

Shipping delays to Europe can vary depending on the specific destination and the shipping method chosen. On average, it may take anywhere from 7 days to 12 days for the supplements to reach a European destination.

12. What happens if my package gets held in customs?
